Why Partner with SHAMANA?

SHAMANA provides total risk mitigation through rigorous legal and financial audits and binding contracts enforceable under Chinese law. We are ISO 9001 certified with on-site inspections, act as your dedicated China office, and manage the entire process from factory vetting through power negotiation, order follow-up, to safe exports — eliminating hidden costs and quality risks.

How does cooperating with SHAMANA Sourcing work?

Send us an email with project details, quantity, deadline, company information and contact person. Our sales team will respond with a unique project number in our ERP system, serving as the reference for all communication. If our quotations align with your expectations, we proceed with the business relationship.

Why should I choose SHAMANA Sourcing as my partner for the Chinese market?

We have a sophisticated methodology for identifying the finest suppliers through legal status verification, capacity audits, and tax compliance checks. We formalize legally binding contracts enforceable under Chinese law, verify deliveries on-site with trained personnel, and address quality concerns within the Chinese business network — reducing resolution time and serving as your dedicated legal and contractual representative in China.

What kind of certification is needed for my products in order to make the import process smooth?

Certification requirements vary by product and destination country. Based on extensive experience, SHAMANA can offer preliminary suggestions and help procure relevant information for EU countries. All information should be locally verified by specialists in your destination country.

Can I request pre-production samples before placing a full order?

Absolutely. We provide 3-5 physical samples within 10-14 days for thorough quality checks. Samples are production-run prototypes — your feedback triggers adjustments in materials, dimensions, or finishes. 92% of our clients avoid bulk order defects through sample testing. We document all sample approvals with signed inspection reports before mass production.

What if I buy machinery and have technical problems?

For machinery within warranty, SHAMANA covers the cost of replacement parts and shipment. For out-of-warranty machinery, we provide prompt quotation for replacement parts. We also arrange video calls with factory technicians with real-time translation services to resolve technical issues swiftly.

Can SHAMANA keep stock of my products in its warehouse and deliver when notified to shorten lead time?

Yes, we offer warehousing at no cost for an initial period of up to three weeks. Beyond this timeframe, a storage fee is applied based on the volumetric weight of the items.

Can I combine orders of different products and suppliers in one shipment?

Yes, SHAMANA has dedicated warehousing facilities to manage logistics complexities. We consolidate products from multiple suppliers into a single shipment, with our sourcing experts, exporters, and technical managers handling the coordination.

In what fields and industries can SHAMANA China help my business grow?

With over a decade of experience, our portfolio spans diverse industries including oil drilling machinery and spare parts, small electrical appliances, production machinery, lighting solutions, and industrial spare parts and components. Our team combines deep technical and trade expertise across these sectors.

Why is SHAMANA's ISO 9001 certification important?

ISO 9001 certification demonstrates our commitment to consistent quality management, increased operational efficiency, improved customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvement. It provides access to markets that require ISO-certified suppliers and enhances credibility through adherence to internationally recognized standards.
